Every play, on the record.

Tunelogger fingerprints your music library, listens to your broadcast, and writes clean, APRA‑ready air‑play logs — title, artist, on‑air times, and exactly how much of each track you used.

macOS & Windows · runs entirely offline

How it works

Three steps to a finished log sheet

No manual note-taking mid-show, no reconstructing a playlist from memory the night before a return is due.

1

Fingerprint your library

Point Tunelogger at your music folder. It builds a landmark fingerprint database — the same Shazam‑style technique the pros use. Re‑run it whenever you add tracks.

2

Go live — or log after the fact

Monitor an audio input in real time while you broadcast, or feed it a recorded aircheck with a start time and let it retro‑log the whole show.

3

Open your log

Every session writes a dated CSV: title, artist, on‑air start and end, which part of the song was used, duration used, and total track length.

Features

Built for the way radio actually sounds

Survives the airwaves

Landmark matching shrugs off on‑air compression, EQ, and moderate talk‑over. If it went to air, it gets recognised.

APRA‑ready fields

Logs the details air‑play returns actually ask for — including in/out points and how much of the track was played, not just that it played.

Completely offline

Nothing leaves the studio. No cloud service, no uploads, no account — your library and your logs stay on your machine.

Retro‑logging

Missed a session? Run any aircheck recording through with its start time and get the same log you'd have had live.

One tidy CSV per session

Each monitoring session writes its own dated file, so shows stay identifiable. Opens straight into Excel or Sheets.

Set up once

Library folder, log folder, and input device are remembered between launches. Open the app, hit start, do your show.

A license key is required to run Tunelogger — here's how that works.

Licensing

Simple keys, verified offline

Licenses are time‑limited keys checked right on your machine with modern cryptography.

  • No account to create, no server to reach — keys work with the internet unplugged
  • No phoning home, ever
  • One email gets you a key, including trial keys to test it on your own broadcast
